Flat shipping rate of $10.00 per order – Insurance is optional.

Shipping is $10.00 per order. There is no limit to the number of items per order. If you wish your order to be insured, please add to cart from menu bar. I am not responsible for uninsured orders.

All orders are carefully packed and shipped within 48 hours of a cleared payment. We ship our items either by the USPS or UPS. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery.

Express shipping: Should you desire express shipping, please add this request in the comment section on your order. You will be contacted regarding arrangements and additional charges.

INTERNATIONAL

All international customers pay actual shipping cost. An initial minimum shipping charge of $10.00 will be added at checkout. Additional cost will be charged to your credit card post shipment. (If you wish to use other means of payment, please contact me directly for instructions prior to placing your order.)

Customer Satisfaction – Return Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our goal. Please contact us by email if there is a problem with your order.

If the item was not properly represented, it may be returned. For returns, please follow these instructions.

• The item must be returned in the original condition that it was received in.
• The item must be returned in it’s original packing, post-marked no later than 3 days of receipt.
• Email us the delivery tracking number.
• Please insure your package as we will not be responsible for shipping damage.
• The item will be subjected to final inspection prior to refund.
• The full item purchase price will be refunded. (Shipping and handling costs are not included.)
